Dr. Blaine Phillips is the General Manager at Vectura Fertin Pharma Laboratories, a preclinical research and development facility. With over 20 years of research experience across four continents, Dr. Phillips has a diverse background in cancer invasion and metastasis, stem cell biology, and diabetes.
Since joining Vectura Fertin Pharma in 2010, he has progressed from a senior scientist and acting study director, leading GLP-compliant preclinical safety assessment studies, to team lead and managerial roles. His expertise includes aerosol sciences, preclinical safety assessment, and toxicology.

Na Yi Ting is the founder of Yi TCM Clinic, integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with modern medical approaches to enhance her patients’ health and wellbeing. She holds a Master’s in TCM from Liaoning University, a Bachelor’s in TCM from Beijing University, and a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science from Nanyang Technological University.
At Yi TCM Clinic, Na specializes in fertility enhancement, particularly supporting in-vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments with acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other TCM practices. As a registered practitioner with the TCM Practitioner’s Board of Singapore, she is committed to providing safe, evidence-based treatments that combine the strengths of both medical traditions for optimal patient care.

Wenhao joined Vectura Fertin Pharma Laboratories (VFPL) in 2016 and leads the In Vivo Study Operations team, overseeing pharmacological and toxicological studies to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of candidate drugs and medical products.
Previously, he worked at Takeda and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), contributing to early drug discovery and the development of drug candidates. Wenhao holds a PhD in Neuroscience and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology (DABT).

A. Prof. Dr. Lim Ren Jye is the Medical Director and Consultant Integrative Medicine Physician at
Sunway TCM Centre, part of the Sunway Healthcare Group. With a robust background in both
Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine, he holds an MBBS from IMU, a Master’s in Integrative
Medicine from Shanghai University of TCM, and a PhD from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.
Dr. Lim is an expert in integrative oncology, recognized for his pioneering work in TCM cancer
treatment. A dedicated educator, he teaches at multiple universities and serves in influential roles,
including Deputy Chair of the Palliative Technical Committee at the World Federation of Chinese
Medicine Societies. His work spans clinical practice, research, and public health education, with a
strong presence in Malaysian media as a medical expert and columnist.
